Transmission popping out of 3rd and 4th gear? Worth Getting?

I have the opportunity to pickup an 01.5 s4 with 220k km, timing belt and turbos done at 175k, 6 speed santorin and black leather. I would be getting the car dirt cheap.

"The engine has a small coolant leak from a frost plug and tranny needs rebuild or replaced"

He says it pops out of 3rd and 4th gear if you take your hand off of the shifter.
Anyone have any insight on what this could be?

The car has a JHM short shifter, forge dv valves, borla catback and is "lowered on springs"

Overall it looks ok, is it worth taking the risk on it?

Yea if the car is all there, cosmetically in good shape, I think thats worth it also.

I have a santorin blue a4, by far my favorite color found on these cars. I have a black a6 also but the santorin is where its at. When washed, polished and waxed, god damn that paint looks good.
