If you're trying to find this relay because your windows aren't working try checking the comfort control module behind the passenger side trunk panel. My windows/sunroof, locks, and interior lights were all messing up/not working and as soon as I replaced the CCM everything went back to normal. When I looked at the old module, the connections were corroded because it got wet somehow.

Thank you very much for this info

Did you have a relay as well or only the ccm module in you're audi ?

So that if i check the ccm module & its not that i can route the relay's location & trouble shoot it

honestly I would check to wires in the driver door, i have 2 separate a4's Both of them had a power loss due to the wires breaking in the doors, Ran a new wire through and hooked it straight into the driver window switch Entire system came back, including the top window, i seen this post while doing my own repairs, so i know that there is probably a wire that has broke in the door "Happens all the damn time." all u have to do is run a wire from a relay to the door switch and push it into the Red slot only Browns are grounds, after u plug it in, Its as simple as pressing the button If it works then u know u need to re run the power. thats about it
one of those days... every day.

Remember to change your blinker fluid it may go bad on you!
