sounds similar to misfire while driving hard?

I have APR K04 on my A4 and i have all new spark plugs (recommended brand and gap according to APR's site) and coils. During hard driving usually in second and third gear, when i floor it the car seems to struggle and i feel a slight shake that i can only describe as similar to a misfire. No misfire codes are thrown though. Occasionally I would get the code P2014 and P0089 (the P2014 code may pop either during driving or after i turn the car off and pop up the next time i start the car) but I'm not sure if they are relevant. I replaced my flap motor a while back and still need to get it adapted (could a non adapted flap motor be the culprit?). Has anyone else had issues like this?

The P0089 code could be caused by the lpfp control module. I ed a RS4 lpfp control module and it fixed the wot fuel cuts that made it like its was misfiring. To confirm this run some data logs and

I would agree with a fueling issue.
