Pics of 19x8.5 wrapped in 255/35/19? Need Help!

    Hi

I started collecting parts for my B8 a few months back, with my car going back to Audi for a rebuild due to the oil consumption i couldn't modify the car at all as the dealer would refuse to pay out for the bill. However the time has come, its booked in for next week and I'm very eager to start the changes as soon as i get it back.

I recently brought some peeler reps for dirt cheap, 19 x 8.5 ET45 however they have been wrapped in 255/35/19's. Ive also brought some H&R 30mm springs as over here in the UK they don't sell the OE Sports springs set :/ Ive also grabbed some 10mm hub spacers to make them slightly more flush making them ET35.

I was just wondering does anyone know if my tyre size would cause an issue being 255? Should i go 235 instead?

If anyone has any pictures of a familiar setup that would be great!

    Thanks

I would say that is the correct tire size but if you like more stretched than 235 will do. I have 255/19/35 on OEM S5 19x8.5.

Ahh ok, ill keep them as they are. I don't fancy stretch as the road conditions over here are terrible.

    thanks for the help!

I'm running 19x8.5 et 43 with 255/35/19 with a 10mm spacer front/8mm spacer rear and have no issues being lowered.

255/35/19 is the OEM tire size, you should have no issues at all, and it's the perfect balance between comfort/practicality and looks. doesn't look too thin but also not too fat.

i have OEM peelers 19x8.5, with 255/35 tires and they've been great, i don't think i'd run any other size, need as much protection as you can get for the wheels on these bad roads.
