I'm a new member of this forum so forgive me if i'm posting this in a wrong section or if i seem to be an amateur.
Before you Start telling me that this is a common issue and that the solution is all over the internet let me tell you that i have read all those posts and Have tried Every solution , literally everything but nothing works.
about 6 months ago My Brake/Turn Signal Started Turning off every while and then, Now its always Instant as soon as i Turn The Indicator Off it Flashes for a Second and then I Get the Alert on the Screen.
ofc i checked the Bulbs, the bulb holder, the light, The grounding, the Fuses all seem to Good.
I Tried adding another Ground wire Still no Success.
I even Changed the Light and the holder But after a week it stopped working, Waste of money....
Tried with another light and Same issue Appears.
took it to so many Garages no one can find the Issue, No one!
Suggested by one of the Audi Technicians here i Ended up ordering Another Comfort Control Module From Ebay and I Still Have the Same Issue but only For the Turn Signal, Brake light seems to be fine now I guess because its a german CCM and My CCM was American,
I've Even Tried With Different Comfort Control Modules Still the Same thing. so its obviously not From that either.
So i got a VAG COM Cable and Did the Diagnostics, Came up With alot of Faults, Cleared it, Drove around and did The Full Test Again and this is what it came up with.
I did have a Burn Mark at the Ground Connection Point to the Bulb Holder, Already Cleaned the contacts Even changed the Cable and Connector but no Success.
Its a very Unusual Issue Since Most of the people who had this problem Either Solved it with Cleaning the contacts, Adding another ground wire or Even changing the Whole Holder and light but surprisingly none of that works for me.
I'm Desperate for Some Help This issue is Killing Me , I live in Dubai and there aren't Many Audi Garages here and the Ones that actually know their Stuff Are very Few and Very Expensive.
