Remember though..alot of Germanies freeways (autobahns) don't have speed limits. So don't try this in the states. There, for driving this fast, prison is guaranteed....

Here another one with M5 but the autobahn is a bit crowded. Doesn't get above 175-185 mph >>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UTX0-EYw-Wk

3 videos of BMWs on an Audi forum and most of us probably don't speak or understand German.

I know, I know, but it's a high reving V10 comparison and both cars are hot. Also, both are from Bavaria, a German state in the south of Germany. Any euro car fan should also like the M5. I understand the trouble with the German but the sounds of the engines are an international language ..... :)

I always put a smile on when driving through Germany, from Rostock all the way down to Passau. Now I don't have a very fast car but I still can go up to 250 km/h. And when you think you are the fastest one there's a M/RS/AMG behind you to remind you :)
To bad the unlimited stretches are less and less. And more speed cameras.

Hi, Regarding the open Autobahns. It depends which route you take. There still are quite a few open Autobahns speed wise but alot of times the traffic doesn't allow for longer stretches of fast driving. Too meany trucks clogging the right lane and slow cars pulling out behind the tracks to pass. But when you choose the right Autobahn on the right weekday and at the right time of day you can do quite a stretch at very fast speed. But then it hurts your wallet hehe cause the car gets very thirsty then.
