I am having a hard time finding the part number for the two screws that secure the top of the air box shut. I cant seem to find them on ECS's website. Does anyone have the part number for these screws? TIA!

No that's not the right one. I went to GAP and couldn't find it either. The air box has hinges on the bottom and two screws on the top the seals it shut. Its proving to be a treasure hunt finding those two screws.

Another thread I found when I searched "audi b6 airbox screw" was that since they are basically self-tap screws, go to home depot and get some

That's my usual go to but these are not common. They are long black philips head screws with a wide pitch with only the bottom end being threaded.
