How often should I replace tires?

Pretty much exactly what the title asks.

I have a 2019 RS3, and I admit I drive a little aggressively. I like taking tight turns and hearing the tires. Today, I noticed that there are little bits of rubber stuck to the edges of the front tires. I did the quarter test, and part of the head is still covered so I know the tread isn't worn out, but I wanted to get kind of a rough number of when I should replace them to ensure performance.

    Thanks!

there are wear bars in the grooves of the tires ( usually at 2mm of tread left ) . when you hit them replace .

Many folks have had early wear issues with the stock Pirellis on the RS3. Some have mentioned early inner wear as well as bubbling needing new tires as early as 7k to 10K miles. I kept my fronts at 41psi and my rears at 39 and I didn't have any issues... When I swapped the wheels and tires out at 7K miles they still had plenty of life.. I'm now running MPS4S.. There are many threads on it in the RS3 specific Forum.

Check tire pressures and alignment, but it’s probably a Pirelli issue.

Pirellis kinda suck period... Over priced, under-performing. I am extreme disappointed with them and ive only rode on mine for like 4k miles since i got my S3. After just 27k they need to be replaced. The only tire I hate more than any pirellis is the Eagle F1 DSG3. Those truly are terrible tires as well.

Just left the dealer. The technician said that the wear was consistent with very aggressive driving (i.e. tracking the car), but I have not tracked the car. The tire & wheel protection doesn't cover it (kind of expected), and no Audi-warranty covers it.

Here's the thing: The car only has 5,000 miles on it. The technician said that the brakes were fine, and had at least 60% life left in them. The discrepancy between the irregular wear on one tire vs not on any of the others, that's there. But there's also a discrepancy between the brake usage for that wheel and the tire. The technician said the brakes look great, which would indicate that it's something wrong with the tire - if it really was aggressive driving, I'd imagine the brakes would be shot too.

They also confirmed it wasn't an alignment issue or tire pressure issue. Just that it was strange, and the wear was consistent with track driving.

They advised me to reach out to Pirelli. Is that my best course of action, or am I being blindsided somewhere?
