What to log on first start up?

Maybe a silly question: what should I log on the first drive after a full rebuild? This is my second attempt at going stage 3 after my 3.0L blew. I have a wideband in the secondary o2 location passenger side. My tuner sent me a base file at wastage pressure. I was thinking of watching block 32 for fuel trims but I'm not really sure what else to log as I try and bed the rings. Thanks in advance.

For atart up at idle id log blocks 1 and 3 and 30.

While doing a 3rd gear wot run you can log blocks 3, 20, 115 to see if your pulling timing and how your boost is holding up vs requested.

Lastly for a/f from ur wideband you will need to log block 30. Do maybe another 3rd gear run from 3000 to 6500 while logging 3 30 and 115 or 20 30 and 115.

Im not a tuner but this is what i would log when i did custom tunes on my passat
