    Squeeze theorem(b5 s4 version)

So I have been chasing down this problem since September of last year and by process of elimination I have shortened the list of potential problems.
The problem is that the car runs VERY lean whenever I put more than usual load(a bit of boost) and there is ALWAYS a discrepancy in fuel trims between bank 1 and bank 2 in that bank 1 is always at least 6% leaner than bank one.
Only fault codes I get are the random/multiple misfire detected, and they are on cylinder 3,4,5,6 with #5 racking up the highest misfires on the misfire counter. Now onto the list of things that I have replaced in order to eliminate this problem and get my car tuned.
    >Brand new 2.0 coil conversion from ECS tuning
    >Brand new Bkr7e's gapped by myself to .028 spec
    >Brand new ev14 550cc injectors
    >Brand new ev14 660cc injectors
    >Brand new 4 bar Fuel pressure regulator
    >Brand new walbro 450 fuel pump
    >Brand new Fuel filter(Mann)
    >Silicone spider hose(does not leak)
    >New intake manifold gaskets
    >I am running the rs4 fuel rail with the rs4 intake manifold and throttle body.
    >Boost leak test done today
    >Compression tested
    >Put another Ecu in with a stage 3 file that fit my specs
Some more details are that misfires can be felt at idle, and since last week when you get in boost the car will begin to misfire VERY badly.
So applying the squeeze theorem I am forced to believe that there is a restriction from the fuel tank going to the injectors because of all of the symptoms listed above, but I am most definitely open to suggestions and will answer other questions. Any input is appreciated and thanks for looking.

Ok measure fuel volume. You'll need to measure how long it takes to move a certain CCs of fuel into a measuring receptacle. I don't know the specifics but it's in the bently. The procedure is:

remove pressure fuel line with 15 and 17mm wrenches. Place it into receptacle. Jump 12v power to right side of fuse 28. Easiest way is to make a jumper with wire and two spade connectors that will slide into fuse female sockets. I used left side of fuse 29 recently. Now time and measure volume.

Side note: passenger side bank will always run leaner than driver side. Pretty sure bank 1 is ds so what you are experiencing is not normal. CORRECTION: bank 1 has cylinder 1 which is passenger side. So what you are saying is normal to have differences.

If that checks out, i would look at exhaust next. Any leaks? Change out oxygen sensors? Downpipe gaskets leaking?

O2 sensors are brand new also and are the latest bosch ones, and downpipe gaskets were changed with new counterparts. I will do the fuel volume test asap
