    There are quite a few on here. Especially in the B8 threads. With RocEuro being here too, theres a plethora of VAG love around.

    I was in Rochester a year and a half ago. now living in suburban Philly. I do have a friend in RIT who owns a Q5. Well, he inspired me to get an Audi :)

    Good Morning. I've been a reader of Audizine for quite a while but I just made an account today because I have a problem I can't solve on my own. My 2006 A4 seat belt chime will not go off. I know that the culprit is the faulty wire that connects to the seat belt. I'm not interested in fixing the wire because I can't do it on my own and the dealership will charge an exorbitant amount to diagnose the issue before solving it.

    Also, the seat belt chime is super annoying when it works properly anyways because it still dings if you don't have the seat belt on when the keys are in it and the engine is off.

    I wanted to ask for some local help. Does anyone have a Vag-Com and is willing to disable the seat belt notification within the system? Audi of Rochester will not simply disable the chime because car manufacturers are mandated by federal law to have the feature in the first place. I don't need to be reminded to put my seat belt on. It's second nature as it should be for everyone. I just need to stop this chiming madness.
