Radiator fans not coming on

I don't have the manual for my vehicle and all of the searches I do are for VW and A4 models, where is the fuse and AC control switch in case that needs to be looked at also? Thanks in advance

vehicle doesn't seem to be overheating at all. my temp sensor stays at half the whole time it is on.

That is normal. When I first bought my S4 I worried about this too. The fans should run when the AC is on, but I noticed they are off when using ECON mode.
