so i installed a pioneer radio in my car with bose. at first i had it hooked up with rca cables that come with the metro harness but the back speakers didn't work so i cut the rca cables and wired them straight to the head unit harness. when i first tested after hooking it up to the head unit harness it worked perfect, so i unplugged everything so i could make it all look nice and neat but once it was all hooked back up i don't get an sound from any of the speakers. all the wires at hooked together with the best wire connector you can find and i double checked after it stopped working. Could it be something with the amp, like a fuse for it.

    What year is your car?
    Sedan or Avant?
And some pictures of your wiring situation and a quick photo of the rear parcel shelf speakers (under-side) would be helpful.
You can check fuse #37 - probably 20 Amp (for the Bose Amp or rear non-bose amp, depending what you have), but that also powers the radio, so it's doubtful that's the problem.

    Can you confirm:
    - You have RCA outputs of your new deck driving the FRONT stage. That was working, but now stopped.
    - You have the rear speaker-level output wires of your new deck driving the REAR stage. That was working, and now stopped as well.
