Stoptech rotors, Akebono ceramic pads. Best bang for your buck right there. ECS and Centric (Stoptech's parent company) are also good options for rotors. Hawk HPS pads, are also another option.

I recently had my OEM rotors and pads replaced as they were squeaking quite a bit, particularly at lower speeds (seems to be a bit common from other posts here).

Searched yelp for good independent shops (Phoenix area) and set an appointment. They said they have had good luck with Textar rotors and pads, specifically for eliminating any squeaking. I had those installed and literally 2 days later they were squeaking just as bad as my OEMs. I took the car back and they swapped out all new parts - Textar rotors and Akebono ceramic pads. Have about 2,000 miles on the Textar/Akebono and they have been dead quiet. A secondary benefit is that they put out almost no dust, so the wheels look better.

These are subjective answers, but I can do my best to help get you want you need. I highly recommend Zimmerman rotors and Akebono pads as OEM quality replacement. Low dust, low noise, less initial bite but overall great performers.

For those that want equal or better performance, I recommend stopTech street performance pads and sport rotors. We have special deals on these StopTech products all the time. i would be more than happy to price these out for you.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to let me know. I am best reached by e-mail [email protected]

    Thanks,

    Greg

Just recently bought meyle rotors and akebono pads, love them and love the fact I don't have to clean my wheels regularly.. Only downside is that each rotor weighs 25+ lbs. Not sure if it's just me or my car isn't as responsive as it use to be.

I wrote a pretty exhaustive post with pictures and updates on the brake forum in this topic http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=601251
