FX850 clutch kit

Hey,

I have a Clutchmasters FX850 twin disc clutch for sale with a brand
new steel single mass flywheel.
The clutch discs have 200km on them, perfect mint condition.
One disc is sprung and has ceramic pads, the other one
is unsprung and sintered pads. Really good for city driving as well.

850 twin for a 2.7t with the CM flywheel lists for $2595 and MAP is $2335.50. The flywheel in the picture does not look to be from CM.

I said it was 2000 because the one that is 2595 comes with the aluminum single Mass flywheel and this is a steel single Mass flywheel

That would be incorrect, CM only offers a Steel flywheel for their 2.7t 850 which is part number FW-029-B-TDS.

CM offers a aluminum flywheel along with the steel option for their FX series clutch kits, only steel for their 725 and 850 kits.



But as I stated in my other post, the flywheel in the picture does not look to be a CM 850 flywheel. Just talked to Luis at CM and I was right that is not their 2.7t flywheel.

Nobody said that it is a CM flywheel. Thanks for upping my sale thread though.

Odd when I look at their B5 2.7t parts listing they only show 1 850 flywheel and that is in steel, just like it is in the catalog. The only aluminum flywheel they offer for the 2.7t is for their FX series kits which use the Sach pressure plate.

This is the 850 flywheel for the 2.7t, only comes in steel.

As for warranty, yes you would be correct you would not get a warranty if you bought it from the person that is selling this used 850 which is NOT me. Only a new kit would have a warranty and the CM warranty is 90 days.
