I figured I would start this thread to share what I have done and will be doing to my car. Also to get tips and suggestions.

So for starters I bought the car about 3 weeks ago and from what I could tell it was bone stock.

2012 Audi A4 S-line, Premium Plus, black exterior and tan interior with some wood trim.

I bought it with just shy of 40,000 miles. 2 days after I got it, I went on a road trip so the miles have gone up relatively quickly. So far all I have done is tint the windows. Swap the grille, detail the hell out of it and bought the tune2air Bluetooth thing.

The Driver and passenger side windows were tinted 15%, while the rear windows and back windshield were done in 5% (limo) tint.

I swapped the grille 2 days ago and could not be happier with it. It came from ECStuning at a great price and was at my door in 2 days.

As for the Tune2Air 1000, I hate it and will be returning it to Amazon. Hoping to find another solution.

And here she is the day I got it.

    After window tint.

    And after grille swap.

I will be receiving the yellow fog light film later today. Stoked about that.

What problems are you having with the tune2air? I have the 1000 in my car and it can be fidgety to get connected (sometimes have to disable Bluetooth, make sure a music app is open, then re-enable Bluetooth) but it works great once connected. I bought the updated 3000 version for my fiancé's Q5 and it is a breeze to connect (although she has music in her iTunes which may help), but it skips and pauses during audio playback whenever she is also connected to the car's hands free Bluetooth connection. I just boxed it up to send back and get her the 1000

Well damn. I just boxed up my 1000 and ordered a 3000. My 1000 just drops audio for a half second about 3 times a song and it annoys me to death. I guess I will try the 3000 and if it's worse I'll go back to the 1000. I don't use the hands free that often so I may be okay with just disconnecting it and using the 3000.

Got the fog light tint on. I LOVE the contrast with the black car and grille. But I need to get some 3000k fog light bulbs to make the light really look yellow.

Just put in the first trim piece. Didn't think I'd like the vinyl but it's actually very nice!

And finished the center trim. Didn't pull out the console so it isn't perfect but it'll do for now.

Thanks guys! About to wrap something random but I was curious how it'd look.
It's the rear map lights cover. If I like this I may do the front dome and map light cover.

Hey man, where did you get the wrap from? One of the better looking ones IMO.

Also, how did the wrap on the rear lights cover turn out? Interested to see how that looks.

I just ordered some 1080 3M CF from Amazon. And it looks awful. I'm going to do it again tomorrow night and take the clear lenses out and wrap it inside them.

Got my turbo inlet hose in today. Installed it once the engine bay cooled down from my drive home from work. Haven't driven it since I installed the hose, but it looks much better so at the very minimum it's an aesthetic plus!

Wow, didn't really expect a difference in performance but this morning on my way to work I realized I had forgotten something at home when I pulled into the work parking lot. So I rushed home and drove the car really hard. It is quite a noticeable difference. Very pleased!

Like what you did interior-wise with the CF - very clean and well done. Planning to dress up parts of my engine bay with CF wrap but you may have inspired me to do my interior as well. Did you have wood trim before?

Nice! I've been considering an intake upgrade, so this might be an option I choose. Any noticeable sound difference, and did you put a high-flow filter in, too?

No sounds really and no filter yet. I was gonna order that next week. Gotta keep myself under control haha. As far as the sound it actually just sounds smoother if anything. No special noises. I've heard with a high flow filter you can hear it though.

Well I went a little ricey today.
I actually really like it. I didn't buy the "superbrightLEDs" so the brightness provides a nice ambiance. Just need to find some footwell lights.

Wrapped one side of my gauge cluster, and didn't have enough for the other side. Ordered some more and will be done tomorrow.

I posted about it in "what did you do to your b8 today?" I pulled out the dark trim on the right side and had to pull out the airbag and hazard button. After I did that the parking brake light came on. I think I'll be able to clear it. Going to try today after I wrap the right side.

Got the other side in. Not the easiest piece to wrap, and I see a few mistakes but it will do for now.

Also got the error codes cleared and at least for now they seem to be gone.

Nicely done! Im not a fan of carbon but this is an exception! I wrapped that mmi surround and i know what you mean. I ended up ripping the brushed grey wrap i did on the cluster due to bubbling

I'm not really a fan of carbon wrap but I hate wood and I am too cheap to pay $3k for real carbon on an A4. One day though I'll have a car worthy of the real stuff!

Look into some of the eBay LEDs lights. I have those and they are awesome for output and color.

Damn 114k! I'll probably move on from my B8 by 65k. I've been looking into some Caymans or a C-class coupe. Maybe even a supercharged new body mustang.
