Fuel Injector Short to ground

So i started to feel a hesitation on the car and got a code of fuel injector short to ground. Any ideas on what to look for???

Check your wiring.

Unplug the connectors from the ECU and the relevant injector (you don't say which). Then check continuity between pin 2 on the affected injector and the corresponding pin in the ECU connector. You'll need to grab a wiring diagram for your engine.

Possibly you have a broken wire.

Note: you need to unplug all the injectors in the bank you're checking, the rigid conduit does not allow individual injector disconnection.

In that case, check the switched 12V+ feed, which is common to all the injectors.

What am I checking for? If the cruise is on and you go up a grade it like chugs for a second then clears and goes! It's very intermittent

I will have my mechanic pull it and get it posted. I did get a check engine light from it!
