a4 b5 motor mount bracket cracked??

Has anyone ever seen a broken motor mount bracket on our cars?? There's a crack straight through the one half of the arm supporting the motor mount. I've never heard of this happening and since it's cracked I'm also looking for one for sale lol

They are aluminum so it is bound to happen if one of the mounts has worked its way loose or there is just too much engine/transmission movement. I broke the ones on my car but that was when it got totaled.

the guy's in the video is cracked in the same spot as mine. My drivetrain makes tons of noises and thuds so i know stuff in there is loose lmao. Anyone have one for sale?
