I couldnt fine specific spring rate information for these progressive springs. Does anyone know what the spring rates are for these F/R?

There isn't a set spring rate like linear springs. The H&R will have a higher spring rate as they are compressed since they are progressive springs. H&R could probably provide a range of rate or the various rates at various compressions. There isn't a single rate for them though.

No, they could literally be anything.

    From Neuspeed:

    Spring Rate:

NEUSPEED Front Spring Rate: 260 lbs/in
NEUSPEED Rear Spring Rate: 290 lbs/in

    Original Golf R Spring Rate: Front - 195 lbs/in, Rear - 245 lbs/in

I think I read that the H&R ones are stiffer than the Neuspeed ones...reason I went with Emmanuel Design ones.
