My $.02 would be to make sure you have a “thin” set of wrenches, and a 27mm socket.
If anyone tries tackling the water pump, I would not try to remove the reverse threaded bolt that holds the intermediate shaft pulley on, you can unbolt the water pump and slide it off/on.
Clean, clean, clean, clean! My motor was absolutely covered. If you develop new leaks of any kind, it’s much easier to spot and track them. I added hours of cleaning time, but I believe it is necessary.
In the end it wasn’t that hard of a job, just very tedious. Take your time and have fun!
