So I searched and from what it looks like, the only way to remove the ashtray is by removing radio, climate controls, etc. correct?

After getting it open for the first time since buying it, I cant get it to close because theres change behind it, so I was wondering if anybody has done anything other than removing everything mentioned above to get behind the ashtray?

    thanks

Once you have the keys to remove the factory radio, it's not much more work. Unless your climate control has a death grip and refuses to come out like mine does.
