Passenger Fender removal trouble

I have an 04 a6 quattro 2.7t that im getting ready to put a kit on and repaint. (ill make a progress thread or something later)
I removed the front bumper and headlight. I've removed almost all the screws for the fender.
The issue im having is that in the bentley manual it doesnt mention removing the side skirts at all, but it seems like i would have to.
There are two screws at the very bottom closest to the front door and I cant get to them.

If anyone knows where a DIY or video is....or a previous thread I missed...that would be great.

Its been kicking my ass for a while now and I could use some fellow audi owners wisdom.

Figured it out on my own after a while. You have to run a screw driver along the bottom edge of the "foot trim" and it will pop out the whole way revealing like 5 or 6 more screws to remove and then the whole side skirt will come off. Dont attempt to pry from the top where it has the aluminum and audi on it. Its glued to the body. Just some useful information for anyone who thought about tackling the job in the future.

P.S. beware of possible stare downs with black widows
