2003 Allroad 2.7T with Manual Transmission from A6 - Project

Ok, so the time has come for me to call it quits on my 3 year endeavor and either part it out or sell it whole as a project. I'm wondering what would be the best way to do this. Scanning through ads I see that there's decent supply of allroads being parted out but rarely with a manual.

Here's the state of this car:
    - Engine likely has around 100k, it was replaced about 4 years ago by previous owner, at the time it had 96k miles and then the car had never ending brake issues which prevented him from putting more miles on it. I bought it to convert to manual and put on additional 10 whole miles on it max. Also newer original turbos were installed at this time as well, receipts to prove.

    - I have the original automatic, but although I was able to test drive it I don't know of its condition since the body has around 150k miles on it. I'd suspect it either needs to be rebuilt or scrapped.
    - The car currently has manual transmission installed from 00 A6, this includes a new RS4 clutch
    - New driveshaft (I actually have 3, but 1 is new, don't ask)
    - I installed a new timing belt, pump, valve cover gaskets, cam chain tensioner seals and whatever else came in the kit.

    Why am I calling quits:
    - Mainly i'm out of time and patience, but what's left requires more money and its getting harder and harder justifying these expenses. I haven't started the car since the transplant as it needs some electrical work to make it work with manual setup. I followed the wiki to do the swap so I'm pretty much down to electrical item and things are crawling to a halt. With that, it would also need a tune because it has custom downpipes with no cats, or original downpipes installed. I have all the sensors.

Interior is clean, or was clean when I purchased it. I will admit that sitting in the shop for 3 years it apparently had more owners than just me, but nothing that can't be cleaned up.

I put about 5k into this project so far, but would be ok to let it go for $3500 or part it out and recoup whatever possible.
