    Bad J-plug Replaced

Finally got around to fixing my coolant leak which I suspected was from the dang plastic j-plug I didn't replace when I did my t-stat about 25k miles ago.

My assumption was right, thing broke in half when I removed it, half on the j and the part past I-ring stuck in the hole.

Replaced with ECS billet one and all is good again.

Lesson learned, always replace with new plastic or upgrade to metal one with new o-ring.

I thought about leaving mine alone when I had the engine out since it wasn't leaking but I am glad I went ahead and replaced it anyway as cheap insurance.
