Bought a damaged mk2 roadster, on which I believe the crash fuse on the battery terminal has blown,
and it seems the battery is very very dead, or someone took off the lead then closed the hatch!
I have tried the manual release cable and its stuck!

So I was hoping perhaps anyone here has any good ideas?
I have tried charging off the terminal posts under the bonnet but to no success!

what options do I have
any trick methods of power across the book release switch ?
of just going to have to hack the boot lid apart?
