Maybe the rear diff is less picky than a big transmission with a lot of different moving parts, because the rear diff is just an open hypoid gear bathing in the specified amount of gear oil.
I too, already happen to have enough Motul Gear 300 for it; I just need to find some level ground where I can perform the service.
And maybe a magnetic plug(s) if I can find any that will fit the rear diff.
I already have one up front but only for the engine oil pan; a MetalNerd one that seems pretty sturdy and fits both 1.8T and 3.0L.

The brand OG recommended might be more difcult to find. I know a guy(MB autocare) who uses Fuchs at his shop. I'll check his price and compare it to ravenol. That's if I can find some.
One time, I was looking for maybe a different Fuchs product, and it came up in the results on AutohausAZ under a BMW model, not for the B6 A4. So I just ordered it anyway that way, adding it to my cart. And it let me.
Maybe this won't help if you are not using that specific site for example, such as trying to find something closer to Canada.
I heard about this site before but am not familiar with it, not sure if it's something they'd have at an affordable price.
