    Turbo Whining?

So, I feel that I have a somewhat unique situation going on that I haven't been able to find in any other threads. When I start my car in the morning and begin driving I have noticed that at a very low RPM I get a whining sound sort of like the dentist drill everyone talks about. It only seems to be audible when I'm not in boost though, as soon as I start boosting the sound seems to go away. Also, once my engine is up to running temperature the sound is not there at all, even at the lower RPMs. thoughts? I'm a little stumped. Either way I have a k03-029 that I'm rebuilding and will be placing in the car within the next week or two to be safe.
