Can I reuse piston rings

The rings I have on my aeb pistons combined with scat rod combo have less then 500kms. When I rebuilt my engine last year I screwed up and am now looking to transfer the rod/piston combo into a good used engine. Wondering If I could reuse these rings. They look fine to me and are still very sharp.

You are playing with fire my friend if you reuse them in a different block. If you were putting them back in the same block/bore they came from you would be fine, and it's possible they might work in a different block, but why risk it over $200, if it donesnt work your while engine comes apart again lol. Rings get seated/worked into their original bore and the new one might be slightly different

the rings never did seat in the older engine cause my bore was to far out of spec. haha Im just really poor right now. Otherwise i would fork out the extra for some rings.

I have to concur, get new rings, and also hone the replacement engine bores, so that the rings and bore can break in together.
