    Osir S-frame anyone?

Does anyone here have one of these? I'd be very curious to read a review and see some good photos, the only photos available on the internet are the same pixelated low-res photos from Osir. I'm curious about fit and quality. Judging by the lack of search results they didn't sell very many.

Until it starts peeling around the edges... let's see how it looks after a while around the MMI area where there is nothing to wrap it around. :)
    And it's not glossy anyway.

You guys are all off topic, I need pics of the S-frame, I already know you can wrap it. :)

So after years of eyeing carbon dash trims I finally bit the bullet. Here are some pics of my Osir S-Frame in case anyone is thinking about it, there no high res pics posted anywhere on the internet it seems.

Wow... commitment to follow through. Good job.

I think it looks great, but now you're on a slippery slope. Gonna need to carbon fiber more accents on the interior to blend it in.

Agreed. You can't stop there. You need the full Carbon Atlas trim now.

+1 on all carbon interior trim. the center console looks odd not being carbon.

I was thinking about whether it looks odd or not with just the MMI trim and I decided it isn't. The real test is "would Audi option a car with a black MMI surround and light trim" and I was happy to see that yes indeed they would, there are many images of the RS4 Avant with piano black MMI and aluminum trim:

I figure carbon > piano black so I'm cool with it. The only issue with the carbon MMI is that the pattern isn't quite straight in some spots, I know these hand-made MMI pieces are very hard to work with and I've tried playing with CF cloth before and I know how tricky it is. I'll just have to convince my OCD to give it a free pass. I'm liking it so far, I think all carbon would be too dark, and I actually quite like the almunium trim.

Having seen O Carbon pieces (although not the MMI with my own eyes), this one isn't quite as glossy and the weave is something like 1x1 vs 1x2 which is what Carbon Atlas uses, so it wouldn't quite match anyway. This one has a very straight and well defined ridge around the MMI though, while the O Carbon pieces I've seen look like they have a glaze coating on. Also this one comes with its own silver trim around the left vent which is not quite as good quality as OEM (not as shiny and smooth) but it's close enough. I still need to glue it, double-sided tape isn't cutting it.

That's where I stick the power cable for my phone, it's routed under the center console and just a short reach away when I stick the phone on the vent magnet. No cable mess. Oh and the phone magnet, also carbon fiber. :)
