    Hey,

Anyone here using BILSTEIN B4 OE suspension. If they are used on an sline a4 quattro, what would be the height difference if any?

Depends what springs you pair with the shocks

If its a true Sline and you have the sport suspension, I would go with the Bilstein Sport. They will suit the lower springs better.

Bilstein sells the B4 shocks for the base suspension and also for the sline suspension. I am debating on just doing the B8 sport shock with the stock sline springs.

Just noticed the B4 OE Sport shocks:

So would it change ride height if used with sline springs?

The springs are what determine the ride height. The shocks & struts wont change height. The shocks and struts are tuned to work with certain springs to give you a better ride quality.

Anyone know what the outside dimension of the B4 shocks are. I assume they are bigger like the sport shocks but it would be real convenient if they are the same as oem.

    Bilstein OE shocks?

    Yes

I used these on my 2009 A4 Cabriolet

    19164489
    19164472

They were not expensive and I am completely satisfied

I didn't measure the ride height before and after but it certainly looks the same to me.

    Good luck
