Turbo warranty b8?

Hello, I know there is a warranty for b8 models 2009-2012 for wastegate ticking issues and low boost codes. Did Audi fix this problem with better parts after 2012? The notice seems to have been issued in 2014. I have a 2013 Audi and don't have wastegate rattle or low boost codes, but was wondering if anybody knows? I also know they cured the oil consumption issue in the facelift (b8.5)

I keep having CEL codes without any noticeable power drain so this is relevant to my interests

There's supposed to be a clip attached to the waste gate arm to correct the issue in B8 IHI K03 turbos. Easy for your mechanic to confirm. If you have a B8.5 facelift car, it's virtually guaranteed to be there.
