Hi guys I have a 2007 a4 2.0 sline 170 and have had an issue with no power below 2000rpm after that it seems to be fine but really poor before that. Eg will stall if revs are not up at about 2000 rpm when pulling away. i have into different garages but to no success. Have replaced egr as these seamed to be the common factor with this fault. Any any ideas

Has any garage scanned it with the VAGCOM? Are you taking it to Audi/VW specific garages or general repair shops?

+1 Sounds like a lot of guessing going on here. For what you've already spent, you might take it to an Audi dealer and know what the problem is right away.

You have 2 options. take it to an indi shop with only Audi/Vw/Porsche specialist with vag-com. find out what really is happening and fix. or pay $145 diagnostic fee at dealer and find out as well. but to your problem no power can be spark plugs,ignition coils, Turbo going bad. even a bad catalytic converter will make your car with no power.

It sounds like a vacuum leak to me. Do a smoke test. If you have check engine light then get the codes

Yeah sorry it has been to an Audi specialist with vagcom and still no further forward plus has had a smoke test. It gets plenty of boost after 2000rpm and doesn't have a cat or dpf
