Did I miss something? Where are all the Columbus, OH Audi owners? Moved here from DC and I've noticed twice as many Audis but half as many events and get togethers. Hope I'm just looking in all the wrong places. Someone help a brotha out.

The columbus guys are usually into the old skool B2's and UrQ. You can find them on the 4000 forum on QW. They usually do a meetup at the beginning of every month.

Cars and Coffee in the morning guys. Memorial Day Weekend is traditionally a BIG turnout so hopefully mother nature cooperates so all the historic metal will roll out too. Will capture some good shots and hopefully a few AZ Brethren will show too.

I am glad to have joined the club and am very excited about the car I found. However, the car has some mods and the previous owner took great care of this car. I was hoping maybe somebody on here would recognize the car. I want to get in touch with the previous owner and ask them what all they changed on this car and thank them for keeping it so clean.

Dolphin grey 2006 S4 Avant, 6 speed, Black interior, Nav.

It has some sort of aftermarket exhaust on it but I can't find any logos or anything. It also looks like the rear sway bar was purchased from 034 Motorsports. The dampers look like they are potentially PSS9's but maybe I am just being hopeful?

Carfax says the car previously lived in the Cincinnati or Kentucky area. I bought the car in Chicago.

If anybody has any info on this car please post up!

Thanks, and I can't wait for some snow.

Welcome! CC&C gets a little sparse in the colder months. I've been away for several weeks as I do detailing on the weekends now and it's been a good few months. Happy to meet up for coffee or a cold one anytime.

You may see me floating around between Dublin and Easton.

Sorry to hijack, anyone local have a vagcom I can use? I need to realign my throttle body. I think that is my issue for lacking in boost.

If anyone wants something to do today in this nice weather, I almost have the engine out in my fiance's a6, and could use an extra hand.

    Good morning everyone,

Exhaust flex pipe appears to have a little leak. Car sounds a little loud. Are flex pipes necessary or can i just have the flex pipe par cut out and have a regular pipe section welded in.

    A8l 4.2 2006

    Thanks

    I wouldn't do that either
You can go on eBay for a decent aftermarket oem part or check az classifieds

Are you talking full OEM exhaust or OEM flex pieces. I have seen some post about the pieces.

Look up catless pipes. We can just bolt them on, and then just get a tune and write out the secondary o2 sensor CEL.

Looking for some advice from the group.
I get a shaking at around 65 can feel it in the steering and can feel it in the braking.
Think it is a rotor issue, but another buddy thinks it could be something else.
I have had the wheels balanced twice, just so you know.
    A8 4.2 L 2006.

I was about to plop down $350 for rotors and new pads, but did not want to waste my money if it was not the real issue.
    Just looking for some suggestions.

Going to take it Dandini's for a check too hopefully on Monday, but if it is something i can check and fix today I would like to do that to get rid of the problem.

Also thanks for the pipe suggestions I forgot add that earlier.
