S3's - Front License Plate Removal - Are there holes???

I've read some other threads on removing the front license plate holder. Sounds like there are (2) torx screws below, which I've seen... and some C-clips that grip into the grille.

**Here's my question** - are there any visible holes left once you remove the frame/holder? My dealership mentioned that you can remove it, but there might be two holes that can be filled by "little black filler caps that you can find at Home Depot".

    Guys? Thanks
