Piggie pipes CEL and California Smog

Hello I have just received a letter from DMV in California saying I have to pass smog but my car has CEL from my piggie pipes. Any ways I can turn off the CEL? Does 02 spacers pass visual? If nothing works my last resort would have to get the Jhm tune but im saving up for timing job first. Thanks!

I think spacers pass visual in CO but they don't -always- turn off the light from what I've read. I'm doing my piggies tomorrow and plan on getting a JHM tune before emissions. Seems like the only fail-proof way...
