Video in Motion VIM on 2016 S6

Has anyone figured this out yet? The security code isn't the same as previous models.

You can't use VCDS for VIM any more (or until Ross Tech change their mind, and change VCDS to support it) - enabling the hidden menu is the same.

You need another cable for the VIM and hidden menu (and maybe also for other stuff) - I don't know which shop sell this cable in the US, but here in EU we can buy it from: http://www.vag-tech.eu/ (I don't have the cable my self, so I can't guide you)

I have the VCP cable as per above. I have successfully activated vim on my 1'6 RS6 with it.

That won't work. The VCP cable has a security chip in it (with its own sim card).

That's a fake cable with a cracked version of the software.

So has anyone in the US tried this cable and successfully unlocked VIM on a 2016 S6? I'd really like to enable this feature (had it on my A4 and loved it), but the official site linked above doesn't show English as a language option (and thus might have some form of conflict working with US cars), and the second link looks a bit too sketchy for me to want to put my CC number in.

Anyone? Beuller?

Why don't you think English is an option ?? The cable it sold in both Australia and in the UK (see under Resellers).
