So today OTW to work the power steering line decided to go out. Managed to get it to the shop before all the fluid leaked out. It was one of the lines I said I should change when the motor was out for the timing service but opted not to do it (1 year ago). The power steering line in question was the one from the cooler to the power steering rack. I didn't take pictures of the removal but I do remember the steps.
There was an access panel on the driver side next to the tie rod. Had to remove the knuckle from the tie rod and push it out of the way to remove this cover. Behind the cover is the 2 lines that go to the power steering rack. The hose that broke was the bottom most one with a 22 mm nut. No socket and ratchet would fit so I had to use a 22 mm open end to break it free. Took a while but once it was free just had to pull. Couple of mounting clips on the hose that attach it to the frame so those need to be removed also. From there I tied a line to the other end and fished it through. Reverse to install.
Heres some pictures and part #.
