New radio install, 2001 a6

I am new to doing audio work in an audi, so i am completely lost. I have been searching for several days but have not found what I am looking.

Car info: 2001 a6, factory radio is audi symphony, has the bose system (but no 6cd changer or sub)

I bought a wiring harness, but it looks like it may not even be used?

I also bought the meta bose adapter harness, but I do not see how to use it since it puts it as rca connecters..


Here is what I am looking at,

What radio are you installing?
