Stage 2/3 With O2 delete going for inspection

Going for inspection soon, Ive read in another thread that if you have 2nd o2 delete the car will fail? I have an o2 spacer and can flash back to stock if I have to but when you scan the car with Carista and check to see if all sensors/moniters are "ready" I get green ready across all sections. Does Anyone have a definitive answer or experience of pass or fail with O2 delete? Just need to know as my inspection is up by the end of this month. Thanks all

All of your emissions system sensors need to read a ready-state to be determined as operational. That's part one, and pretty much required in every test regardless of state.
Now whether or not you pass the visual inspection with an aftermarket cat and/or 02 spacer depends on the technician, how thorough he is, and how strict the local state guidelines are.

I'm curious how your secondary 02 is showing as enabled on stage 2... but I have zero experience or knowledge about that tune you have there.

The Tune is Top gear tuning uk. It's an alientech slave tuning box. I have 3 files currently. Stock_stage 2 file and stage 3. 3 is just upgraded from when I recently installed an EC FMIC. I felt the difference in timing and pulls nice. I used to work at a Mazda dealer and will probably have the inspection done there so no issue with hfc. Thanks for your input. 😊
