New Wheels For the B8 2009 Help!

Hey all, ive been looking for wheels for a couple months now im very careful on what to buy but i really havent made a decision, i recently seen some pictures of the VMR v705 and the VMR v706 wheels and i kinda like how they look and i think they would look good on the B8, i have a gunmetal color on my A4,

these are the wheels that ive been looking at give me your opinions and if anyone knows where i can get some good deals id really appreciate the help, i live in Toronto.

I personally like the 7 spoke for more of a racing look, but thats just me. The other 2 above liked the 5 spoke so its all just personal preference. I just like the 7 spoke better because they stand out a little more.

I vote for neither. Keep searching. I suggest going into the wheel thread and suspension thread and go through every single page to give you an idea of what you like. Choosing wheels isn't that easy especially if you plan to stance the car, size, offset, tire size are just a few factors to consider. I would do a lot more research if I were you.

Edit- If I HAD to choose one of those wheels I'd vote for the 7 spoke. Base model A4's come with 5 spoke and I would personally go for a different style

I like them both to be honest, ive been searching for months now and i need to put some wheels soon because i need to put on new tires, thats another thing i have to look into, is what tires to buy, im buying summer tires for sure, any opinions on that too?

One other thing my car is a gunmetal color, same color as this one in the pic just bellow im thinking of getting the gunmetal finish on these, whats your opinions?

Its your car you should do whatever you like. I personally wouldn't do the same color wheels as the car but thats just me. I would want a silver finish for a grey car like yours. Since your car comes stock with 19" are you planning on getting 20s? IMO some stasis wheels would look good. Or some 20" BBS Ch-R's or something like that. Not sure what your budget is. All that really matters is if you like it. Who cares what anyone else thinks. Like I said I would go through every page of the wheel and suspension thread to get an idea of what you like and then start watching the classifieds for good deals.

For summer tires, the gold standard is Michelin pilot super sports. They handle the best, are very comfortable, roll super smooth, balance out nicely, are quiet, and are warrantied for 30k miles assuming you can rotate them. I've tried most all the rest. PSS is the best! Pricy but really worth it.

On color of wheels, suggest matching your trim color. If silver trim, go silver wheels. The 19 OEM silver peelers (like in pic above) look great and you can probably pick up a nice set pretty reasonably on this forum.

Michelin pilot super sports is the best summer tires you can get? or is it the best for the price? i found 19" peelers but there replicas for $200 in a place called Racing Z in mississauga which is very near where i live (Toronto)
