Supercharger Porting/Polishing

Looking for lower IAT's, 20+ whp and more efficiency from your super charger? I have a proven solution! Porting and polishing the blower case and snout correctly will not only pick up power, but make your engine more efficient at moving air, which in turn will lower IAT's and boost pressure while making more power.

Unfortunately a core swap option (less down time) will not work due to variance in mileage. You will ship your blower/snout/throttle body to me for the porting/polishing and I will ship it back to you (with tracking) once finished. It will be disassembled, ported, polished, cleaned, reassembled and filled with new oem oil.

I would estimate a 2 week turnaround time considering there will be shipping to and from.

No unfortunately there's only one other person that I'm aware of that ported his blower on the s4 platform. It's been done on a lot of other platforms with great success...I picked up 45whp on my V😳

I ported mine myself. I've ported dozens of CTSV/ZL1 blowers and decided to do my S4. There isn't nearly as much to be done inside the S4 blower as compared to the V blower but improvements can be made. There can't be nearly the gain as the V but I'm sure it helps. I did mine without before and after dyno results. Can't give any numbers to prove results but more air flow and less restriction = more power without a doubt. The more air flow before the blower will always gain power. If I had to put a number on it I would guess 15-25 awhp

There was less material in the s4 than the V case, but there was also a lot of dimples/pits in the casting that are smoothed out. I didn't dyno it either, but I'm with you on the 15-25whp gain so I went with 20whp to be in the middle. It definitely some easy power that's left on the table by most.

I'll try to get some dyno/track numbers, but there won't be same day results because of how much time it takes to port/polish, clean and put back together. It's already practically summer here in the valley so it will be hard to compare et/mph from my spring numbers. Once 034 releases their tunes and dyno numbers I could get on the rollers and compare numbers between my ported stage1 and non ported stage1.

The cost vs power ratio is definitely fair and better than most other mods on this platform. Trying to figure out cheapest/fastest shipping for such a heavy item is my current issue.

Easy to get dyno numbers... Dyno your car then another sim car without the port/polish. Problem solved. May have slight variation because not same EXACT CSR but still something to use. Def worth doing if you expect to do a bunch of these.
