Strange Tiptronic Issue

Hello everyone my name is Patrick. I have an Audi A4 Quattro 2007 and need some help. I have searched and not found the answer. I have also taken apart my tiptronic mechanism and both magnets are where they should be. My issue is that when in tiptronic mode it will not shift up unless you red line it then it will. If in drive and moving and shift into tiptronic it will be in the correct gear. However when you go to shift up with the + it shifts down and if you go to shift down with - it shifts down too. Both directions do the same thing. Hopefully someone knows how to fix this. I appreciate any help I can get.

For anyone interested I found a video in German I think that talked about changing the shift direction. I followed the video and switched my wiring now my issue is fixed. Also a plus for me is that pushing forward shifts down now and pulling back shifts up. Here's a link to the video and a picture of it changed in my car.
