A5 3.0TFSI 1/4mile ET achieved 11.5s@199kmh, and will be faster soon

not too much mods on the car, stock supercharger, S.P.R upgrade charge cooler kit, S.P.R small pulley, ATM Chiptuning custom tuned ECU and TCU, S.P.R headers and AWE cat-back. And it is running 14psi of max boost and 98RON fuel, 17" Dunlop Z1 rubber around 4 wheels.

And I am trying to tune the upgrade supercharger kit prototype which made by S.P.R. It comes with HPS 2.1L liquid cooled supercharger core, high flow manifold heat exchanger, and looking to 1.4bar of boost. Curretnly we still use stock 70mm throttle body and that is the weakness of the whole system. We have logged the inlet pressure that was only 910hpa at 6600rpm, and it became worse while it rev till 7100rpm.

Even in Europe they offer the 3.0T on the A5 and A4 despite having the S4/S5, too.

    It's just de-tuned to 272hp.

yes, exactly! My car is A5 3.0TFSI 272hp. Same motor and tranny as S4/S5. There are not much difference to S5, but mufller, diffuser, cluster, brakes, and rims. lighter than S5. it makes same power with ECU tuned as other 3.0TFSI powered cars.
And there are 3 versions of A8L 3.0TFSI, 30TFSI 272hp, 40TFSI 290hp and 45TFSI 333hp. Audi has been cheating people around in the country for many years.

Is this similar to the Q5 3.0 and SQ5? I'm assuming they have different transmissions too? 8sp for 3.0A and DSG for 3.0S

S.P.R supercharger kit uses HPS 2.1 liter supercharger core. HPS makes the most efficent twin scrow supercharger. One of the fastest TopFuel bike driver, Jay Upton is using the supercharger from HPS Sweden on his 4sec bike too.
And HPS is the supercharger supplier of KenneBell too.

currently CTS is the smallest SC pulley at 57.02

dual pulley mean SC pulley and the crank pulley

there are currently 185mm crank pulley from s4matty, is good for those on smaller SC pulley

if those still on stock SC pulley, there is a 195mm main crank pulley

those on dual pulley are getting around 21psi on stock charger

may i ask SPR charge cooler is it the heat exchanger?
do u have the link so i can know about as i need to upsize the heat exchanger when i install the bigger crank pulley

    Ah, no.
The supercharger already got 17000rpm with the smaller pulley, and it is almost out efficient range of the weak TVS1320. So there would be nothing help to get more power with high supercharger rpm. CTS, haha, do they even know anything about force induction system R&D?

To the cooler, that is front heat exchanger. You may find them on facebook https://www.facebook.com/SpeedyhousePerformanceResearch . There would be IAT and spark timing comparision chart on their facebook page.
