Cooler systems for warm climates, worth ?

    Hello peeps.

Thus far, my S6 has felt like the most heat intensive car to vent out the sides, in comparison to other car brands I've driven, after a short drive around town.
Adding the typical warm climate here in Dubai, it gets pretty darn hot when standing outside right next to it. Changes in temp gauges readings are null to nominal, though.

But, this still leads me to wonder whether its worth buying an aftermarket Turbo Cooling System and expect marginal improvements in drive and performance, over the stock cooling system ?
For instance, the AMS performance "Alpha performance" turbo cooling system for the 4.0T S6/S7's, (not sure how good a brand that one is), seems rather legit for warm climate areas.

I may be over-thinking this (to which I apologize for wasting your time), albeit, If anyone that lives in warm areas and would input here with their opinions, it'd help a lot.

Thank you, and good day/night !

I am considering this upgrade as well being that Las Vegas summers are just scorching hot. Anyone have any reviews of their ams systems?

Thought it was just me. The S7 just radiates hear from underneath even with just mild driving. Park in the garage and open then door, the hair on your ankles wilts as you stand to exit the car.

My experience is that many performance oriented engines do this. My 911, which was only a 6 cylinder 3.8 always felt hot. Granted airflow is different, it still radiated heat for a long while after I shutdown.

our cars do have a turbo timer. After driving and parking it, the oil is still circulated to cool off the turbos and the fan is still on. That plus the hot weather will def make the car radiate more heat. In terms of aftermarket cooler, it def drops the intake charged air temp to keep a more consistent power band through out higher temps but not sure how effective it at prolonging the longevity of the vehicle. Plus if something does go wrong, you'll probably need to remove all of it to make a warranty claim. Keep in mind these cars a rigorously tested in all sorts of climates and tuned accordingly. IF you get a tune, like apr, which raises the boost and in turn raises the temp then its def worth it. But for stock....I feel it would be overkill.
