Swapped cluster no Radio Data???

i have swaped in a new cluster. the old pixelated cluster showed radio data in the center cluster screen fine. the new cluster was showing radio data just fine in the original car.
I install in in my car and it will not show radio data in the cluster screen.

Any Ideas?

I have checked the radio and cluster coding. Tried changing the cluster adaptation on channel 62.

Any other ideas??? I am stumped.

Check adaptation blocks 60,61 and 62. Make sure they are the same between old and new cluster.
