Drivers side mirror adjusting with unlock button?

2004 S4. When I'm unlocking my car from outside with the key fob one press will cause the drivers side mirror to start turning towards the outside until I press the unlock button again as if I were trying to unlock all the doors on the car. I seem to be having this issue intermittently. It'll do this 9 times out of 10 for maybe a week or two then wont do it again for awhile. It's quite annoying as I have to adjust my mirror back to the correct position every time I get into my car. Any help you guy/gals have would be greatly appreciated.

This isn't the S4 forum, but if I had to guess, it's due to driver seat memory. From reading my manual, the car can pair a seat and mirror position to a key. When you press unlock, the mirrors and seat move to where they think they should be. The mirror may have a bad potentiometer or encoder for the position of the mirror, so it thinks it is out off position and starts moving when you unlock the car. Pressing unlock again stops the movement.

I had something similar with my car pressing the button on the door for the seat position. I cleared the seat memory and reprogrammed them and haven't had a problem since then.

Thanks for the help! Figured I'd post it here as well as the S4 forum since the mirror (and potentially the seat memory functions) are probably the same or similar.
