If you want the most power we can do a stage 2 dual pulley with E85 and add a HPFP kit and a upgraded cooler.

Already getting the AMS cooler just waiting for a day off to drive up to Atlanta. Looking at the cat delete and some Eurocode headers.

And as far as a tune goes I will have to wait and see what APR has cooking, they have something in the works, not sure exactly what it is and I can't seem to get any I info on it either.

Well that's who I had planned on going to, but I ran into the sales guy from my dealership at WannaGoFast and his brother works at solomotorsports. So I went that route.

APR HQ did my pulley and tune since they are like 30mins from the house.

Yes we can adjust the tune based on the headers and such.

i was following this thread hoping that someone would provide a little better answer, even if speculative. I don't know much of anything about porting and polishing other than that most american made supercharged cars seem to utilize that method.. would the gains be expected to be very modest or could there be a fair amount of power found from this method? I get that a tune is the way to go.. let's just say you only did this.. modest or fairly serious gain?

Don't hold your breath, not sure why you would only consider APR.

If i lived in Phenix City, that close to Auburn I mean Opelika - I'd be pretty loyal to APR as well. other than that, yeah, might as well consider other tunes.

cat delete and headers won't do much for you.. may sound good but performance wise its waste

APR told me they don't do hardware work at their HQ. Is that not accurate?

Depends on how busy they are and what the work load is in the shop, I had them lit my pulley on. And they have done all of my tunes. Sean helped with that big time, got me in contact with the right person.

As for sticking with just APR, I have heard they are working on something pretty neat can't say much more than that, but as far as most out of the car, you would need to get a custom dyno tune for mods you currently have, a can tune can only do so much.

Headers, cat delete and an exhaust with a custom tailored tune could get pretty strong, could even toss in a dual pulley and E85. SoloMotorSports out of Atlanta is who I am currently looking at to RE tune.

Will let you guys know what I find out about a port and polish.

There's about +/-20whp to be had from correctly porting and polishing the blower case/snout and it's completely undetectable visually by any dealer without removing it.

thanks. I'd consider that to be something just above modest, power wise. I'm surprised no one has tried it to be honest.

Edit: nvm BlownOne, i see there are folks who have done it and the link in your signature is helpful.

Yea it definitely adds power that is left on the table by most.

Hey Loe! I was just going to plug my service in your s/c cooling thread lol. I think it's about all you have left after the cold front for both power and cooling. I can't wait to see fall numbers from you as well brotha😎

it is *technically* related to S/C cooling techniques so might as well post there too. I just realized you are on a 034Motorsports tune, you are lucky! I hope they offer some form of remote/dealer/home flashing soon in my area as it would be my first choice in tunes.

Haha yes it is *technically*🙃 I got on board as an early adapter with 034 and they have been great to work with! They should be releasing to the public and dealers sometime this month.

I'm well versed in the porting of eaton blowers and after looking at one of our blowers, it already has most all the material removed that typically gets removed from an eaton blower. Most all the work is on the inlet side. Polishing will yield no gain either.

It is honestly why these little blowers still make power most all the way to redline, they flow so well stock.
