Not really, but thanks for asking. The injen intake is pretty inexpensive to begin with, would not think it has much resale value

Actually, you can have the ECU at no cost. Will throw it in for FREE with the purchase of a very nice, slightly used A6.

Pretty sure an ECU swap does not work like that anyway. Probably has to be programed or "married" to the car by the dealer.
