2004 Audi S4 Needs Engine Work

2004 Audi S4. 101k miles. Automatic with black leather interior. Needs engine work; timing chains/mechanical adjusters. Everything worked on the car until the engine light started blinking and I had it towed to a local shop. New Dunlop tires with around 1k miles.
