    EPL stage 2 and cable.

    Trading in the car and looking to sell my EPL stage two tune. This will include the cable for tuning ($100). This does not include the pulley which can be had for $160 from cts. Asking $1300 for the tune and I'll pay the transfer fee.

    Does this just include the stage II file?

    (I'm not entirely sure how EPL does the license transfer but, I would be interested if this also includes the Stage I/TCU file)

    It is the stage 2 file. I didn't not get the tcu tune. I'm not 100% sure about the stage 1 file either.
